Thermal Engineering
Adaptive Immersion Cooling & Battery Safety
Engineered for heavy loads and extreme conditions. Anodox submerges critical battery cells and power electronics directly into dielectric fluid, eliminating thermal bottlenecks and mitigating runaway risks with our multi-layered Anodox Shield architecture.

01
Adaptive Immersion Technology
Immersion technology is an advanced form of thermal management in which critical components, such as battery cells and power electronics, are directly submerged in a thermally conductive and non-electrically conductive liquid.
Anodox Adaptive Immersion enables operation under heavy loads or extreme conditions. Unlike traditional air or indirect liquid cooling, immersion provides a direct and uniform cooling effect for enhanced thermal performance and reliability.
02
Anodox Shield
Safety is integrated into the foundation of our product design. Anodox Shield is our proprietary, multi-layered fire protection architecture.
It combines real-time, intelligent battery management systems with Adaptive Immersion cooling to monitor and regulate thermal conditions at cell level, designed to isolate potential thermal events before they can escalate.
03
Cell Technology
Our systems are built on the combination of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) chemistry and Adaptive Immersion cooling. Submerging cells in a specialised dielectric fluid gives uniform temperature distribution, which reduces hotspots, enhances safety and extends operational lifespan.
We take an application-first approach: our team evaluates power density, discharge and operational requirements to select the right battery technology — LFP or other advanced chemistries where a project demands it.
