How do I change an existing order?

The following can be corrected provided the delivery has not started:

  1. Delivery and billing address.
    1. For security reasons, new addresses must be sent to sales@anodox.com (indicate the case number or order number when contacting us).
    2. If you have an account, you can instead add the address directly to the account.

  2. To cancel your order, contact us at sales@anodox.com and state your order number. Please note that services or products that do not have the right to return cannot be cancelled.

How do I return something I bought?

This is how returning an item to ANODOX works:

  2. Fill in the form according to the instructions
  3. Submit the case.

We will contact you via email with a return slip and further instructions.

What do I do if my delivery is damaged in transit?

  1. Report the transport damage to the respective carrier such as Schenken and PostNord to
    1. Error reporting must be done within 24 hours of receipt.
    2. State the order number, the Carrier's case number and attach pictures of the transport damage for smooth handling.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item?

Proceed as follows if the product you received is not the one ordered:
